Applicants are expected to provide complete and accurate information throughout the application and assessment process.

CrestBridge Services reserves the right to request supporting information where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or complete the admission process.

Submission of an application, completion of the Career Readiness Assessment and payment of the Application & Assessment Fee do not guarantee admission.

Every application is reviewed individually against the Academy's admission criteria, assessment outcomes and program suitability requirements.

CrestBridge Services may request additional information, clarification or supporting documentation before making an admission decision.

Admission to the CrestBridge Career Readiness Program is determined after completion of the prescribed application review and Career Readiness Assessment process.

Admission decisions are based on the applicant's overall suitability for the program, readiness to participate and any additional criteria communicated by CrestBridge Services.

CrestBridge Services reserves the right to approve, defer or decline an application where it considers this appropriate in the interests of the applicant, the program or the learning environment.

Participants should make every reasonable effort to attend all scheduled learning sessions, workshops, assessments and other required program activities.

Where a participant is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, CrestBridge Services should be informed as early as reasonably possible.

Repeated or prolonged absence may affect eligibility for certification, program completion or placement-assistance activities where attendance forms part of the applicable program requirements.

Participants may be required to complete assignments, practical exercises, assessments and other learning activities prescribed as part of the Career Readiness Program.

Certification may be subject to satisfactory participation, attendance, completion of required activities and any other published program requirements.

CrestBridge Services reserves the right to withhold, defer or decline certification where the applicable certification requirements have not been met.

Fee & Refund Policy

This Fee & Refund Policy explains how application fees, program fees, cancellations, transfers and refunds are administered for the CrestBridge Career Readiness Program.

Effective Date 01 May 2026
Last Updated 01 May 2026
Version 1.0

3.1 Purpose

This policy is intended to provide clear information regarding fees, payments, cancellations, transfers and refunds associated with the CrestBridge Career Readiness Program.

Applicants are encouraged to read this policy before submitting an application or making any payment.

3.2 Program Fees

At the time of publication, the Career Readiness Program fee structure is as follows:

Fee Component Amount
Total Program Fee ₹4,999
Application & Assessment Fee ₹1,999
Balance Program Fee (after admission approval) ₹3,000
GST Included

Where admission is approved, the Application & Assessment Fee of ₹1,999 will be adjusted against the total program fee. The remaining balance must be paid before the confirmed batch commences.

3.3 Application & Assessment Fee

The Application & Assessment Fee supports the review of applications, administration, assessment activities and the admission process.

Payment of this fee enables CrestBridge Services to begin reviewing an application but does not guarantee admission to the Career Readiness Program.

Every application is reviewed individually in accordance with the published admission process.

3.4 Admission Outcomes

Following completion of the application review and Career Readiness Assessment, applicants will receive one of the following outcomes:

  • Admission Approved.
  • Admission Deferred.
  • Admission Not Approved.

Where admission is approved, applicants will be invited to complete payment of the remaining program fee before joining the allocated batch.

3.5 If Admission Is Not Approved

If an application is not approved following completion of the prescribed review and assessment process, CrestBridge Services will refund the Application & Assessment Fee in accordance with this policy.

Refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method within the published refund-processing timeframe.

3.6 Participant Withdrawal

Applicants or participants who choose to withdraw from the Career Readiness Program should notify CrestBridge Services as soon as reasonably possible.

Refund eligibility following admission or payment of the balance program fee will depend upon the stage of the admission process, commencement of the allocated batch, resources already committed and the provisions of this Fee & Refund Policy.

Each withdrawal request will be reviewed individually in accordance with the published policy and applicable legal requirements.

3.7 Batch Transfers & Deferrals

Where appropriate and subject to operational availability, CrestBridge Services may permit an approved participant to transfer to another available batch or defer participation.

Requests should be submitted before the commencement of the confirmed batch wherever reasonably possible.

Approval of a transfer or deferral remains at the sole discretion of CrestBridge Services and may depend upon batch availability, operational requirements and the participant's circumstances.

3.8 Duplicate, Failed & Incorrect Payments

Where duplicate payments, failed transactions or payment processing errors occur, CrestBridge Services will review the transaction in consultation with the authorised payment-service provider.

Confirmed duplicate or excess payments will normally be refunded through the original payment method after verification.

Applicants should retain payment references and promptly notify CrestBridge Services if they believe a payment issue has occurred.

3.9 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

While CrestBridge Services will endeavour to process approved refunds promptly, the actual time taken for the funds to appear may depend upon the payment-service provider, banking systems and other external factors.

Applicants may be contacted where additional information is reasonably required to complete the refund process.

3.10 Changes to this Fee & Refund Policy

CrestBridge Services may revise this Fee & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, operational practices, payment processes or program administration.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law and will not unfairly reduce an applicant's existing refund entitlement.

The Effective Date and Policy Version displayed on this page will be updated whenever material revisions are published.
