The SHINE™ Career Readiness Program combines practical learning, workplace simulations, coaching and career preparation to help participants develop the confidence, skills and professional mindset required to succeed from day one.
Progress is assessed continuously through practical activities, trainer observations, workplace simulations and participation. Participants who successfully complete the program receive the CrestBridge Academy Certificate of Completion and become eligible for placement assistance through our employer network.

The programme is ideal for students, fresh graduates, early-career professionals and individuals returning to the workforce who want to build the skills, confidence and workplace readiness needed to succeed.
Not fluent, but a basic working knowledge of English is recommended. The programme is designed to strengthen workplace communication, confidence and professionalism—not to teach spoken English.
Learning combines instructor-led sessions, practical activities, workplace simulations, coaching and collaborative exercises to create an engaging, hands-on learning experience.
Yes. Participants who successfully complete the programme receive the CrestBridge Academy Certificate of Completion.
No. We provide comprehensive placement assistance, including resume reviews, interview preparation, interview scheduling and employer referrals. Employment decisions are made solely by the hiring organisations.
